  Had a terrible experience here Waited almost 30 minutes to be seated. The lady who was seating us was extremely rude about us having a large group of 10 and didn't even want to seat us at all. Everyones food was barely warm by the time we got it. When we all went to pay our bills it was a little complicated because we had 5-6 separate bills so we were accused of not paying for some stuff that we ordered even though we all paid our bills. The security at the door wouldn't let me leave for almost 20 minutes after everyone else had already left because they had to figure out their screw up on the bill. Would not recommend anyone going to Cocos for any reason.

  I wouldnt even give this place a one star rating but I have to because there isn't a no star rating. Came here with my 2 friends expecting a good time and it didn't take us long to realize that most of the reviews on here are 150% correct. Terrible service and obviously the owners/staff are childish and poor business owners considering their insulting comments to PAYING customers. People give reviews that's what it's here for..not for owners to belittle and degrade potential paying customers. This place is a terrible burden on the beautiful strip in grand bend and I wouldn't be saddened in any way if it was shut down. Poor customer service and clearly cannot take criticism at all! Can't wait to see what reply I'll get from the owners. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

  I was at cocos on a Saturday with 3 friends. They patio was only 1/4 full and they had about 6 waitresses/bar staff. We waited 1 hour 20mins for our food before we cancelled our order. None of staff that we spoke to had any customer service skill. When we complained to the supervisor she just told us "orders take a long time here" and when we said it was unacceptable she just said "that's the wait here there is nothing I can do". So we cancelled our order and asked for the bill. The waitress took 15minutes to bring it and then she gave us the wrong change. And as we got up to leave she said said some unprofessional and inappropriate things... Absolutely disgusting. Worst service ever. Not even deserving of a 1 star
